There is no need here to recount the hard work and heartache which goes into putting together a yearbook— the scrambling for ads, pictures, patrons; the agonizing rush to meet deadlines; the struggle to balance the books and keep everybody happy. Let it be sufficient to say that all concerned will be satisfield if you the readers are pleased with their efforts. Mr. Devoe explains the mysteries of layout to the group. This year the Beacon was honored at Greenfield when it was chosen the most outstanding newspaper of the six community colleges.
