There are fifty-nine Machinery Repairmen assigned to the Inside Machine Shop who are highly skilled in the use of lathes, turret lathes, milling machines, grinders, flame spray for metal build upfcorrosion control and electro plating motor and bells and rotor shafts. No job is too big or too small for this group of dedicated men and women. While deployed to Al Masirah, Oman, the Inside Machine Shop completed over five hundred-ninety jobs. Many of these jobs were extremely large in scope and challenged shop capabilities to the maximum. The Machine Shop met each and every challenge by completing all assigned work on or ahead of schedule. Even though the Engraving Shop has only six personnel assigned they completed over two hundred and twenty seven jobs while deployed at Al Masirah, Oman. Many of these jobs consisted of over two hundred individual items on each work request.
