D1!D2 is our lifeline to home on deployment as they provide most of the personnel for flight quarters and underway replenishment, ensuring the safe arrival of our most valuable cargo-mail! The helos also provide for rapid delivery and return of ship- to-shop repair jobs, a direct contribution to CAPE COD's main mission. D1!D2 provides all linehandlers to enable ships to come alongside for faster repair service. In between these frequent, time-consuming tasks, D1!D2 works long hours to preserve the physical conditon of the ship-painting, painting, and more painting! Their dedication and pride are highly visible to the entire crew. 20 v I Nw f7Q,f ' A711 NW. 4' s V, ifgua y I , vriifkw '
