So, 'they gave me a head-of-the-lines pass and I can get two different vegetables instead of eitherfor which is nice. Besides that not much else is happening. We 've been to a lot of nice ports. When we were in Hawaii I met Don I-Io at the Burger King next to the Navy Exchange and he invited me over to his house for dinner I went over there and first we went surfing and me and him were side-by-side on this mondo 20-foot tubular curl and l was doing a handstand on one hand drinking a Diet Coke when I looked over and saw Don wipe out and he hit his head on some coral and was knocked out so I jumped off my board and rescued him and took him to the beach. I took his pulse but he didn't have one, so I started to give him CPR, butl didn't want people to think I was a fag or something and I thought he might have AIDS IDon always seemed a bit funny to mei so Ileft and went back to his house and had some Poi with his wife and then went back to the ship. , Then, when we were in the PI. l was out in Olongapo City preaching to the streetwalkers about the evils of fornication, when these Communist Philippine Rebels came down the street in a tank headed for Cal-Jams. l commandeered a Jeepney and rammed the tank and it blew up and killed all of the Communists and all of the people of the city threw me a parade down lvlagsaysay Street and when I got back to the ship my wallet was gone. Then, in Singapore, I went to the mall. No . . . lreally did! After that we went to Diego Garcia and I took some leave and rented a Porsche and stayed at they I-Iyatt Regency Next, we went to Thailand where I watched a dart show or two and bought a real Rolex watch for only 200 Baht. I Our last stop was I-long Kong where I was on the way to lunch with Margaret Thatcher on Victoria Peak II met her during a fight at Crossroadsj when the cable on the peak tram broke, but, luckily l had gone to the ship s gym in lvlasirah so I was able to grab the cable in the nick of time and haul the tram up hand-over- hand just in time for hot and sour soup. Then my girlfriends, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, flew in to see me but they had too much make-up on and so I got mad and made them leave and everybody was upset until they announced Over the 1lVlC that there would be BINGO on the messdecks at 7900.
