oc GE DIVISION OCXOE Division is responsible for processing all of the ships incoming and outgoing message traffic and routing it to various departments onboard. The ET's of the division take care ofthe radio electronic gear and the ships navigation equipment. The signalmen are responsible for BM3 R- Allmand all visual communication onboard Cape Cod, consisting of RM2 V. Castillo RM2 B. Archie flashing light, flaghoist, and semaphore. CN OI DIVISIGN ONXOI Division is comprised of Navigator, Quartermasters, Operations Specialists, Journalists, and Interior Communication Specialists. ONXOI division is responsible for insuring Cape Cod arrives at the intended destination on time. They are also responsible for keeping the crew informed and entertained. The QM's maintain continuous watches underway to plot course and position while the OS's ensure that the Combat Information Center is manned so the location and direction of othertvessels in our area is recorded.
