Dedicaticn We the 1984 Annual Staff are proud to dedicate the 1983-84 ARROW to a teacher for whom we hold in the greatest esteem. She has taught the students of Cape Charles for the past twenty-eight years. We take this time to thank her for her helpfulness and dedication to all of her students everywhere. During her teaching career she has taught grades kindergarten through twelve, coached basketball, softball, and cheerleaders; directed plays; and worked with all extra- curricular activities.
