WHO AM I? Vol. XXIII Does anyone know who I am? Where did I come from? Why am I always in the annual? Every since 1919, I have appeared in every book published in this school. Sometimes I am on the cover; then again, I am on the title page, but always I am there - somewhere in the annual. Why was I put in Volume I of CAPE CHARLES HIGH SCHOOL ANNUAL in the year (1919). Why am I a tradition? Why am I a little Indian, clothed in a long dress, holding a bow and arrow? What is the little animal, trying to climb into the frame with me? For years I have puzzled students and teachers and friends, but still there is no explanation. Can someone - someone out there - tell me, WHO AM I?
