unrise to Sunset Workers The Canyon Del Oro cafeteria staff worked hard to keep the student body well-nourished with type A meals. The students were also well-nourished with the breakfast program which C.D.O. offered. Stu- dents were pleased with the new menu, which had more varieties of food. The cafeteria staff, headed by Elsie Morrison, consisted of twenty-one workers. Mrs. Morrison said, l wish the students at C.D.O. would realize the importance of a well-balanced meal and I would like to see all the students taught more on nutrition. She had also mentioned the possibility of having a nutrition class established at C.D.O. The eleven member custodial staff had many new activities which had to be taken care of. The head custodian Gene Kopec stated, The students this year weren't as messy as last year and everyone had been more cooperative. But, he also added, There's always going to be something that needs to be cleaned up which means that there is always room for improvement. We need more cooperation from the students to do a thorou h and complete 9 job. 4AfCafetoria and Custodial Staff
