Li ffh ts, Camera, Action The purpose of the film club was to teach students the process and techniques of creating and shooting a film. At the film club meetings, which were usually held on Mondays, the members discussed plans for funding the club's activities. The money was raised by car washes and other fund raising functions. The money raised was used to purchase film and pay for processing and development. The maior project by the club this year was the making of an adven- ture film based on lan Fleming's novel about James Bond. The two club officers were Bob Weismiller and David Cummings and the club was sponsored by Pete Seidel. Creativity and self expression through film were obvioulsy beneficial for all club members.
