K U QW ' .1 YEARBOOK STAFF - Standing tl. to r.j Ron Morris, Alejandra Reyes, Robert Johnson, Jose Paredesg jsittingj Mr. Hector Castelo, Letty Silvia Pavia, Laura Trujillo, Elizabeth Damian, Marie Duby, Michele Jordan, Junko Yanagi. Adjusting to a new advisor two months into the school year was only one of the changes experienced by the yearbook staff. Along with advisor Hector Castelo, came new guidelines, a new layout format and other innovative ideas. As always, deadlines posed what at times appeared to be insurmountable obstacles. From the beginning, lack of photographic equipment made our task all that much more challenging but in spite of this and the pro- blems such as ruined rolls of film, lost negatives, and a Iackadaisical attitude by some staffers, we finally pro- duced our yearbook. With a year of experience under our belts and with the 28 expected acquisition of sorely needed equipment, next year's task should prove to be and an even bigger and better yearbook is already ing planned.
