FRESHMEN OFFICERS: C. Grunow, president; B. Merrill, treasurer; B. Newman, vice-president; S. Moffett, secretary. You guys sure don't know how to cheat. FRESHMEN: Row I: T. Jensen, B. Joyce, R. Hill, M. Kenyon. Row II: C. Jenack, S. Hudson, R. Ladison, K. LaBrake. Row III: P. Lob- dell, S. Johnson, Kathy Howihan, L. Hitchman, N. Hollenbaugh, G. Jackson, T. Ladison. Row IV: A. Klemens, K. Jordan. New faces . . . new teachers . . . new school ... no more car- peting! These are some of the traumatic changes we freshmen must go through when entering the high school--and leaving the middle school for good. Back in September it seemed as if we'd never climb out of the pit. It seemed like we'd be dumped on for the rest of our lives. Funny, just last year WE were the big guys. The year was by no means all bad, after all, we sure gave them a run for their money in the Olympics. And it's nice to be able to go to a good party once in a while. We also experienced the classes of Mr. Witherhead, Mr. Chisholm, Mr. Coir, Mrs. Colton--people we've been hear- ing about for practically our whole lives. Well, this year is over, and next year will be dif- ferent. Sophomores--hmmmm. . ... moving up in the world! 7
