Naiades dove into the fairy tales when Mother Goose, played by Laurie Ellsworth, led us through storyland during the Naiades presentation of “Damp tales”. Kim Stone played “Cinderella” in a solo; Becky Smith and David Monroe played “Sleeping Beauty and the Prince” in a duet; and Brenda Holcomb, Nancy Simpson and Mary Jo Abt NAIADES: Row 1: P. Murphy, K. O’Brien, B. Holcomb, S. Laraby, S. Marsh. Row 2: S. McBath, B. Franklin. were the “Three Musketeers” in a trio. “Raggedy Ann and Andy” also made their appearance, played by Laura Peckham and Sue Wilder. The seniors had their own act, at their last show, in the routine “Seniors Were Kids Once, too”. Debbie Nash, Nancy Peggs, Jacki Davies, Brad Barr, David Monroe, Steve Myers, Alan LeDuc, Carol Coakley, Mary Clarke, Mary Bronson, and Cindy Barlow were in that act. Other routines included “Lonely Goat Herd”, “Darlings of Days Gone By”, “Tar- zan and the Headhunters”, and “The Seven Dwarfs”. NAIADES SENIORS: Row 1: N. Peggs, D. Nash, J. Davies, C. Barlow, C. “Butt of course we won!” Seniors once again showed their superiority at the Olympics, stomping the th ree other classes. The freshman didn’t truck fast enough, the juniors got peeled, and Big Blue got washed up and thrown away. Make way for the greaser king of the world. n
