Our theme is HANDS - busy hands, talented hands, hands of friendship - hands that perform countless tasks tor us, hands that carry out the creations of trained minds, hands to help us communicate ideas. Hands are grasping devices - they enable us to take a tirm hold on many material things of our culture. They are extensions ot our minds - train them, coordinate them with a learned mind, let them demonstrate your strengths and accomplishments. Extend them kindly in friendly handclasp, willingly in service to others, and humbly in thanktulness for your many blessings and the fruits ot your ettorts. The Moderian Statt presents this twenty-third yearbook to its readers with the hope that it may bring to you many wonderful memories and interesting recollections.
