While riding along the road, his bicycle was accidentally struck by an automobile and he was killed instantly . . . Margie Howenstine and Graydon Etter. Margie is President of the Friendship Club, Assistant Editor of the Moder- ian, and Secretary of the Senior class. She plays in both the band and orches- tra and sings in the girls' trio. Last year Margie was cherry blossom queen at the Iunior-Senior Prom. She has a very pleasing personality and is very neat. She is one of the best dressed and is a friend of all. Margie likes music and all kinds of sports. Graydon Etter is President of the Student Council and judge of the Student Court, a member of the Hi-Y. and Editor of the Moderian. He was Captain of the football team and a member of the dance band. Graydon took part in all school plays and Senior scholarship test. For four years Graydon lived in Ar- kansas and didn't attend school because there wasn't any.
