Mr. Davis, you're wanted in the office! Counselor Martha Heard Dear Students: An old Hindu proverb says, There is nothing noble in being Vice-Prin ci pal Larry Da Vis Dear Students: One should look at education as a tool to be used to help accomplish the goals he has set for himself. As in any other aspect of life, one receives only as much as he puts into it. Many times students do not realize the importance of their education until the opportunity has passed. Education is like a long journey. That first step must be taken if the destination is to be reached. It is my sincere hope that as each student looks back to his time at Canton High School every moment can be considered as precious - for that exact moment can never be recaptured. Sincerely yours, Larry Davis P mu No Debra, you can't take roller-skating. ,,.. . ,,t, gi? ii superior to some other man. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self. My wish for you is that you will continuously strive to be superior to your previous self: to improve your mind, to control your habits, and to make the most of your abilities. Self conquest is the greatest victory of 21 ll. Sincerely yours, Martha Heard
