Don and Tom switching classes and Mrs. Rhinehart getting all discomboomerated .... Mr. Allen keeping in the girls to catch fly balls. . . the girls dating Senior boys. . . . I'll remember our Freshmen year when we had Latin night inthe day- time. . . Bootsie emerged the cham pion biscuit maker. . . Ashley lost another rib and still eleven remained .... Mrs. Kellet's loosed pearls and the aroma of scorched cheese .... Mr. Baz-kby's Travel Club ske- daddled off to Atlanta while the Basketball Team took off to Sanford . . . Torn and Judy liked each other. . . Dangling infinitives, split gerunds, appositives, utter confusion .... Sophomores! Mrs. Cathey e m barke d to Chapel Hill with the Latin Club and lo! We sang Dixie in history and Beaufort succumbed. . . In the fall of '57, we moved to the front pews in chapel and fleetingly wore our class rings. . . Anna took us in tow with her Danish charm. . . The Black Bears buzzed off to Charlotte in the Green Hornet . . . Bony and Gail acquired each other. . . Dale, Leo, Tom, Jeanne, Jane, Marie, Butch grew lonely and took themselves helpmates. . .
