Queen Christie Mickelson adjusts her crown as her at- tendants look on. Each year the FHA sponsors a Halloween Party for younger children. The Snowflake Dance, sponsored by the FHA, was i great success this year. This was the only dance hel during the school year where the girls asked the boys. Seventy two students in gradfs nine through twelve participated in the Can- ton Future Homemakers of America (FHA) this year. The girls face the future with warm courage and high hopes. This accompanies the goal of helping individ- uals improve personal, family, and com- munity living, now and in the future. During the year the FHA girls visited the retirement home, had a style show and for their mother-daughter night a demonstration on hair styling and make- up was given by Stewarts.
