MacLaury Vice-President, Canterbury College Acting President, September 'l, 1948 We are happy to Welcome Father lVlacLaury to Canterbury Col- lege, anc wish for him much success in this new vvork. Father lVlacLaury is a graduate ot Carroll College, Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he obtained the A.B. degree. l-le later obtained the Bachelor ot Divinity degree from Nashotah House, an Episco- pal seminary near- Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Before ioining the Canterbury stati on April l2, Father MacLaury was rector of St. John's Episcopal Church in Irving Park, Illinois. He was also Director ot the Youth Commission ot the Diocese ot Chicago. On April i2 the Board ot Trustees ot the college appointed him Vice- President in charge ot Financial Promotion and Public Relations, a position which he will occupy until he becomes Acting President.
