O-E Division is responsible for the maintenance of all CHNOPUS communication and navigation equipment. This in- cludes radio transmitters, receivers, teletupes, remote voice terminals and crupto equipment. Communications provides secure, reliable and rapid record and voice external communications wherever the ship mau be. Radio operates 24 hours a dau to link the ship with other ships, aircraft, port facilities and other commands. Navigation is responsible for the safe navigation of the ship, flag hoists, Flashing light and anu other tupe of visual signaling that mau occur.
