'Ill THE STUDENT COUNCIL of Canon-McMillan Senior High School exists to give the students a voice in school government and is an essential and active or- ganization. lt works hand in hand with faculty and administration in promoting spirit, better understand- ing, and unity among the students. It is constantly striving for improvement and betterment of school policies with the co-operation of the students and faculty. The Canon-McMillan Student Council belongs to both Pennsylvania and National Associations of Stu- dent Councils, and it is a democratic organization composed of a representative from each homeroom and officers elected by the student body. lt is an honor, privilege, and responsibility to be elected to serve as an officer or member of the Student Council. .lJ
