Goodby The time has come for me, along with the Thorians, to bid you a sincere farewell. For us Thorians, the close of our high school career means the birth of a new life, a life of many responsibilities, heartaches, and rewards. Many of us will look back on our high school days at Canoga as the best days of our lives. We will recall those days with prideg for we shall remember the great moments we enjoyed at Canoga- moments such as our graduation, all night party, senior prom, Boys, and Girls' League dances, sports nights, football games, track meets, and the practical jokes we played on our fellow students. We shall remember each of these events. However, the memory which we shall recall most vividly will be the tremendous Hunter Spirit we dis- played. All of these factors contributed in making Canoga Park High School the best in existence. Yes, we will have many fond memories of all the events and experiences we enjoyed. Those of you who remain at Canoga are fortunate. You will be able to experience all of these activities once more. Please do not take them for granted. Never let your days at Canoga be filled with monotony and indifference. Be industrious. Participate in many activities. Help make Canoga strong and mighty as the Thorians and past classes have done. Continue with the renowned Hunter Spirit. It is up to you to maintain the outstanding reputation of Canoga Park High School. In this, my final goodby, I would like to express my deepest thanks to you, the Hunters, for the over-whelming support and cooperation I have received from you this past year. I would also like to thank you for making my three years at Canoga, years of extreme pleasure and satisfaction. Serving as Student Body President has been a wonderful and unforgettable experience for me. In closing, I would like to leave you with this final advice. Canoga is what you, the Hunters, make it. Hunters, unite with each other and be strong. In this way Canoga will continue to be the best high school 1n existence. Be strong and fight on, Pete Nouguier 17 Pete Nouguier Student Body President S'63
