PROPHECY CContinued from page 215 You can always see a bunch of kids hanging around Hoover Moss's Soda Shoppe listening to some of his funny stories. Hilda Payne and Betty Price 'are college professors. A teen-age canteen for the younger set is run by Eloise Lee and Margie Herrin. Alfred Herman, Herbert Honeycutt, and Cyril Herlocker are working on a new brand of lipstick and fingernail polish for all the lovely young ladies. Among the business men, we have Sherman Julian and Lindy Stephens. Virginia Carter and Mildred Crepps are hat designers. Carolyn Sherrill is head librarian at the Y. M. C. A., and Frances Robinson and Rosa Lee Sibbett are assistant librarians, Cleo and Fleauo Purser are running a day nursery. Paul Scarborough, Buddy Coggins and Robert Clayton have summer cabins to rent at the beach. ln the field of journalism are Eunice Trull, Doris Belk, and Lois Richardson. Mary Frances Belk is advertising manager for the New York Times. Among those who are living in the country and taking it easy are Marina Athanaelos, Katherine Johnson, Helen Love and Dora McLain. Charles Sechler and Robert Huie are co-owners in a new modern service station. Doris Jean Daniels and Edmona Baker are traveling around the world. The cutest kids' shop in Kannapolis is run by Gwendolyn -and Jacquolyn Tyson. The Town Hotel, is run by Don Dwiggins, and some of his hostesses are Elsie Mullis, Billie Jean Query and Pat Reese. Paul Byrd and Garvis Moore are coaching football at Cannon High. The best plumbing business in town is run by Colon Critz and Jimmy Powell. Ray Frye and Kenneth Curly are civil engineers. A recreation center in Florida is very fortunate in having Margaret Cline working with them. Aubrey Tucker is now a colonel in the army. Photography has become the profession of Charles Bost and Bobby Mc- Donald. You know, l've really enjoyed talking about all of our cl-assmates. lt seems as though it were only yesterday that we all walked down the aisle and received our diplomas. So 'til we meet again.
