Truempy, beloved elderly citizen of Cannelton. came to this country at the age of fifteen years. The democratic ideals which were his heritage have guided him in many years of unselfish service to his community. His public life includes a county office, two terms as Mayor of our city, and many years as a member of the school board. Those close to him now. know his happiest moments are spent reflecting over the years he served the schools, especially as President of the board when the high school building was erected. After his active years as a board member were over, as a private citizen, he aided in the purchase of the K. of C. building for school use May our community always have men of his understanding and love for youth. I 4 ] locale) Education Congratulations. Class of 1941! The school teachers, school officials, and school trustees are always happy to see a class complete the four years of high school instruction. It is a moment long hoped for by your parents, relatives, and friends. Graduation by the very definition of the word indicates it is not an end in itself but is an indication that you have reached a certain stage or graduation in your educational development. Your chances for a happy, useful life are greatly increased by this certificate. The determining factor in your future, as you have learned in your past, is hard work. Give your best effort no matter what the task. Best Wishes! HARRY R. DAVIDSON, Superintendent. william C. Lehman President Preston Minor Secretary Ivo Huber T reasurer H. R. DAVIDSON.
