Hi-Life Cites Purposes Paper Has Large Exchange Dedicated to the best interests of Cannelton High School, the Hi-Life is published for the purpose of fostering school spirit, promoting better understanding and upholding the school traditions and standards. It not only aids in the formation of student opinion but is an organ of information and amusement for everyone in the community. Many adults are among the subscribers, and the exchange list includes schools from Alaska to Honolulu. 1940 Marks Twelfth Year of Publication Since 1928 the high school has published a newspaper. The present Troupe of nine members is under the direction of Miss Mildred Rush.
