Doors swing open and students pack into the halls. Downstairs they go, into their new cafeteria for lunch. On the menu board they see the meal for the day, a different main course each noon, always well prepared and balanced for , nutrition and health. The fine lunches are no accident. They are the result of long, hard and careful planning and work by the cafeteria staff. To prepare lunch for the num- ber of children each day that the school cafeteria does in itself is a laborious task, but when it is done, with a dexterity that Mrs. Jamison and her staff do, it is a credit to them.
