CMQSS WBQEQHECY For several years it has been the custom for a few members of each Senior class to devise a prophecy for each of their classmates, foretelling, as closely as possible, in what position each will be found ten years from the year of graduation. In 1950 we see the class of 1940: Eleanor Acker-a prosperous Hartsville farmer's wife. Harlo Atherton, jr.-Leader of Abe's Swingstersf' which received a contract as the hottest band in COWII. Fern Davis--After having traveled from one high school to another finds herself a traveling beautician. Maxine Denhoff-Interior decorator for the Scranton-Keeler Furniture Co. Agnes Drake-Co-proprietor of the Little Shop Around the Corner. Jane Flansburg-Now making good use of her chorus work by singing in Kay Kyser's College.
