X 1 !RaNlph Roll distributes corsages to the lovelies. y HOP At Canisius the favorite event of the year's merriest and most colorful season is the Holly Hop, the tradi- tional Christmas dance presented by the Senior Class in Kleinhans Music Hall. Held on December 29th-a crystal white night so typical in Buffalo-the holiday-decked Mary Seton Room echoed the good cheer of couples dancing to the soft strains of lrv Shire's music. Following the Grand March, twenty-six students received their most treas- ured Christmas gift, membership in DiGamma, the College's Honor Society. Chairman Jim Hackbush and Faculty Adviser Father Fitzsimons, with the aid of St. Nick, made the holiday a happy one for Canisius by bringing spirit and success to the dance. Dietrich tapped into DiGamma.
