The plea from college co-eds echoes as the peti for Willoughby to play football is read. l JUNIOR PLAY This year's junior class presented the hilarious play Brain Storm under the direction of Miss loan Mitchell and Miss Mary Ann Frederick. As the play begins, innocent Willoughby is enjoying college life. Then Inner Willy pops up with a Brain Storm. Loyalty to Collins College and his own personal ethics conflict as the coach and eager co-eds discover that Willoughby's running ability is imperative to the success of the football team. Michigan Sheriff's Department kept C.H.S'ers in laughter throughout the assembly ASSEMBLIES A variety of assemblies was enjoyed by the C.H.S. student body this past school year. Science, safety, athletics and world problems of today provided the varied backgrounds. This year perhaps more than any other year has been one for both educa- tional and entertaining assemblies and programs. The wonders of science are demonstrated to students by Mr. Edward McLean, assembly speaker. Athletes and students enjoy Mr, Pete Lanzi, East High Schools coach. during the athletic assembly. l l l
