A framed copy of the Ten Commandments and the Bill of Rights was placed in each classroom by the members. Junior High Council is composed of a hog and a girl representative from each of the seventh and eighth grade home rooms and is sponsored hy Mrs. Thelma Lewis. Proceeds from their sales tax stamp project were used to aid in payment of a cappella choir rohes. The council also planned several skating parties for junior high students. Athletics offered opportunities to hoth girls :incl hoys as Cheerleaders or as mem- hers of the junior high haskethall squad.
