SUPERINTENDENTS MESSAGE The purpose of a school is to educate the student body. The question is. WHAT IS EDUCATION? Education is not merely the mastering of the subject matter in the text- books. but giving the student various experience that will enable him to become a use- ful citizen of the community. It takes many students to comprise each class and many classes to comprise a school. Together they have made ROHS the fine school it is. The publishing of an annual provides many and varied experiences that the student can relate to adult community life. At the same time they are preserving the events of the school year that will be cherished by the student body as the years pass. I wish to take this opportunity to thank each Board Member, student, teacher, and patron for their part in making this a successful school year.
