Their officers were Raymond McQuillen, Ray Smith, and Gilda Wilson. The admirals of this class were Miss Gertrude Hunt and Mr. Dave Evans. These sailors were well represented in all the outside activities of the school. Mabel Chastain was chosen queen of this ship. U ' r On September 5, the Juniors launched their new' l958lC. H.-S. ship with fifty-nine members on board. The crew chose James Wilson as captain, Robert Graves as commander, Mary Ellen Wemmer and Shirley Carinder as pursers. These sailors were active chestra, and basketball. Many of the boys play on Star Team of the South Central R. C.
