First on the agenda was the activity calendar. Each class made out a list of activities that they would like to have during the year. This list was turned over to the Student Council. The Student Association Drive was put into effect with a contest for 10096 membership of each class. The classes winning were: Senior, Freshmen and Eighth Grade - all receiving lollipops as their prize. The Candor Student Council joined the National Association of Student Councils. Christmas Gift Boxes for the needy families were collected with each class contributing articles of food, clothing, or toys. This year the Student Council put the boxes in with those of the American Legion to be distributed. The Tri-County delegates for 1955-1956 are: Lloyd Harmon, Gerald Newman, 1Varren Paxton, and Sally Davenport. Compliments of I CANDOR CENTRAL STUDENT COUNCIL
