Led by their school newspaper ed- itor, Dave Tange, the students of Hartsville High organize a campaign to do away with Founder's Day. When more and more adults support the youngsters, the battle lines become drawn. Frank Gillette, Bruce Melby, al- most mins his romance with Susan Hart, Jane Thovson, by recording the trouble in Hartsville for a LIFE MAGA- ZINE story. But all ends happily and the solu- tion to everyone's problem produces a celebration the townspeople long re- member. The music for the play was pro- vided by tlie Swing Band. ROW 3: A. Olsen, R.
