The cast includes: Miss Greuhl, director, holding the trophy; Bob Winkels, Pa Fishyer; Judy Abel, Ma Fishyer; Larry Grong, Emil Fishyer; Sue Ingvalson, Annie Fishyer ; Jane Thovson, Miss Floyd; Lori Melrose, Miss Page. Pa explodes in a rage when he finds out that Annie has been taken to court and hurls her and her mother on the floor. The Undercurrent” Ma brags about her two children, while Pa prefers to re- main silent. The Undercurrent is essentially a portrayal of a cypical evening in the Fishyer's apartment in New York City. Mrs. Fishyer is rather idealistic, and wants to hear only good about her child- ren, while Mr. Fishyer believes that MAN iss ruled vid de vhip! He be- comes irat when his meddlesome neigh- bor woman informs him that his daugh- ter, Annie, whom he has brought up so strict, has been arrested and taken to the morals court. However, Mr. Fish- yer's ranting subsides when a social worker who has been sent to check on Annie, and whom Mr. Fishyer trusts, offers to take Annie with her for a vacation in the country. Annie leaves, although her father has almost wrecked her life and happiness.

Musical Plenty Production Of Money” Mr. Anderson and the Swing Band accompanied the soloists and chorus and provided intermis- sion music. The five F .B.I. agents sing the laurels of J. Edgar Hoover while the President of the bank and Arthur look on. When Knuckles, Lefty, Killer and Horace, the pride of the underworld, descend on Saginaw City, they little realize that they will be no match for Grandma Maude (fane Thovson) and her ancient cron- ies. Caught in the middle of the commotion is grand- son Arthur (Bruce Melby), who finds himself running from the Marry Me! daughter (Sue Ingvalson) of his employer (Dan Kelly) and five diligent members of the the F.B.I. From this walloping humor come such musical hits as You Gotta Belong To A Union, Certain Things, Blame Our Parents, and the Testimonial Dinner. All the complications of the plot are cleverly resolved, but not until the laughter has put that stitch in your side and the music has given you that want to dance feeling. The entire cast of Plenty of Money is pictured below. The play was directed by Miss Anders, Mr. Reesnes, and Clayton Melby, student director, with Mr. Anderson directing the Swing Band. 27
