I Election Tirne UW Each of the one hundred and nine Jun- iors has helped to make their class a suc- cessful one. They placed first in the Curtis Magazine Drive for the third con- secutive year and placed second in the March of Dimes inter-class rivalry. One of the c1ass's main projects for the year was the organization of a small scale election of national officials for the mem- bers of our school. They also gave elec- tion speeches for the various candidates. They sponsored the traditional Junior- Senior Prom, which is one of the big events of our school year. The Juniors seem to be anxiously look- ing forward to their Senior year. B. Kyllo, Pres., J. Rover, Vice Pres., M. Barnes, Sec., S. Cannell, Treas., B. Berg, L. A SUPHOWS V At last! The Sophomores finally had a long awaited chance to conduct the initiation for the incoming Freshmen students. Then they sponsored a Hello dance which was given as a special welcome for Freshmen to our high school. This energetic class placed second in the Curtis Magazine Drive. They also sponsored a dance to raise money for the March of Dimes. The most memorable activity of the sophomore year was the biology trip to the coast on which Sophomores had a chance to put their knowledge of sea life to use in identifying sea plants and animals. .if HAQLTEX- ' L K.
