The reserves had a 6-10 record for the year They were paced by freshman Allen Miller followed by David Spain, Harley Swoyer, and Noel Heister. The won and lost record is rather deceiving as there were some very close endings on a number of the games. The playing experience is helpful regardless of the outcome of the games. The varsity team for the coming years will be strengthened with these players from this year's reserves. The team was coached by Mr. Russell Gregg, a senior at Ohio State Univer- sity, and he should be congratulated for his fine job. The Junior High Basketball schedule this yearincluded ten games. The record of wins was not impressive but the experience we hope will pay for the time and energy spent in fulfilling the schedule. We played Lithopolis, Groveport, Hamilton, Truro, Marion Franklin, and Reynoldsburg. There were approvimately forty junior boys who participated in the games. Many of them attended the All-Sports Banquet and received their awards and letters. The junior high would like to thank those responsible for making it possible to have these games and for the banquet, Mrs. Mildred Hurnmell, Mrl Milton Will, and Mr. Robert Johnson who substituted for Mr. Will on two different oc- casions.
