MR. HAROLD BOWERMAN District Superintendent of Schools The Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the Sole Supervisory District of Montgomery County serves all of Montgomery County outside of the City of Amsterdam. The purpose of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services is to provide several types of educational services and programs to schools too small to have these services full time. The services include teachers of certain subjects and special areas such as school nurses and dental hygienists. The Board helps in developing and operating area programs for the physically handicapped and mentally retarded. This Board of Cooperative Educational Services employs a staff for 15 positions which includes the trainable class in Nelliston. MR.
