W1 W J K llll un ,-2 A h Xxx Q W DEDICHTIUH H S. MABEL S. STOUGHTON We, the Class of 1949, wish to dedicate this yearbook of which we are very proud, to Mrs. Mabel S. Stoughton, a former teacher of this school. Hrs. Stoughton was head of the Canajoharie Central School music department and taught elementary music at the grade school. But even with this well-filled sch- edule, Mrs. Stoughton managed to perform her duties of leading the G1rl's Glee Club, the Sextette, and direct- ing the Spring Festival, which has been an annual event for many years. She will remain in our memories, as a part of Canajo- harie Central School, a school, she served well for twenty-one yearn.

Lipowioz, who, through his constant interest and activity, has done so much for us. art instructor of the Canajoharie High School for As a number of years, he has not only been most helpful to us, but to senior classes before us. Acting as our class adviser, he has aided us by chap- eroning our dances, constructing the scenery for our Senior Play, supervising the Yearbook, and in a great many others ways. We owe a great deal to Mr. Lipowicz, who has given us his friendly advice and his willing cooperation for our final successg and thus, we dedicate this yearbook to him, as a symbol of our sincere appreciation. .Jf
