Thespians Club Members Display Talents Thespian Club projects for the 1973-74 school year included, par- ticipating in a Contest Commotion where students show their talent in a tournament atmosphere, attend- ing a drama tournament, and paint- ing the drama room in bright green and yellow. Members of the Thespians Club made up the majority of students involved in either acting or back-up work on the Campus High Play Productions. Officers were, David Castleberry, president, Linda Scott, vice presi- dent, Carol Lies, secretary, Elbert Thomas, treasurer. Mr. Mike Sten- zel filled the position of Thespian Club sponsor. MASS HYSTERIA - Mike Frazier, senior, Tim Harrington, junior, Linda Scott, senior, lim Poynter, senior, Gail Carter, sophomore, Keith Boyer, junior, Terri Carter, junior, and Chris Spencer, soph- omore, act out a scene from The Golden Goose. THESPIANS CLUB - Front Row - Mr. Mike Stenzel, Dave Castleberry, Linda Scott, Carol Lies bert Thomas. Second Row - Vicki Scott, Claudett Pelkey, Terri Carter, lim Poynter, Chris Spen Tim Harrington, jill Gaston. Third Row - lanice McCollough, Tom Simpson, Wint Brown, Vi HENNY PENNY - Linda Scott's specialty Vanderhoff, Ron Brewster, Mike Gaskins. Fourth Row - Ron Lewis, Dave Chanowski, Gail Car seems to be portraying a fish in a scene Richard Renner, Keith Boyer, lo Wohlgemuth, lo Voelzke. Back Row - Linda Gumm, Dorothy Strubhar, Sherri Bower, Mark Ford, Terry Sprout, Mike Phillips, Russ Cheever. Forensics Tour State National Forensics League was organized for any student interest- ed in forensics and debate. Students strived to get as many points as possible by participating in various meets, and entering con- tests between other students and schools. As the students received numer- ous points they were awarded with an emerald, ruby, double ruby, or a diamond, depending on the num- ber of points a student had. Officers for the 1973-74 school year consisted of, Phil Dellinger, president, Roger Nagel, vice presi- dent, Louina Vanderhoof, secre- tary. Sponsor for the nation wide organization was Miss Gail Akerson. Art Club Display Work Art Club was designed to interest the students in art and the art field, to provide the student with avenues of experience that might not have been available in the classroom, and give the students an opportuni- ty to serve not only himself but the department, the school and the community. Various activities for the 1973-74 Art Club included having guest speakers, working on individual projects, and doing community projects. Officers were, Carolotta Hender- son, president, Teresa Rinehart, vice president, Scott McCutcheon, treasurer. Sponsors were Miss Don- na Lee Bicknell, and Mr. Larry Huffman. 13.3 0-1'
