Indeed, one mile from the campus is the conlluence of the great IVisconsin and Nlississippi rivers. Nestled comfortably beneath shielding blulls in this scenic valley, Campion offers the modern boy physical ad- vantages which contribute so effectively to his well-rounded development. Sports play an important role in Campion's system ol' complete education by providing a strong body in which to nourish a sound mind. In cool autumn four football fields beckon the Campion linight to both Varsitv and intramural sport. During the snoxvv winter months the inside sports ol' basketball in the school's two gymnasiums, bowling, 'boxing and the outdoor attractions of skating, tobogganing and hiking continue the development ot a sound body. Springtime brings baseball on the campus' diamonds, tracks. tennis and handball courts and golf course. .XII students are encouraged to compete for the Varsity teams, Campioirs able representatives on the athletic Iield.
