Spring Festival 1982 Continued The Voltage Brothers, a group of nineteen brothers from Atlanta, Georgia, electrify campus on opening night of Spring Festival. As lead guitarist for the group, Romar sings the jam tunes that had the students rocking and roll- ing in the aisles of Turner Auditorium.
