Search for Peace ... At present, our search for world peace is at a halt due to the end of the Vietnam war. This peace was expensive not only in fi- nances, but also in the number of lives lost in search of peace between coun- tries; it appears this peace has become priceless. Although the search for world peace is great, our search for inner peace is much greater. Inner peace begins within us ... we have only to enter into it.

Search for Love . . . Love is an abstraction and a very difficult term to define. Perhaps the best definition of love is that expressed in I Corin- thians: Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. It is not irritable or touchy. It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever truth wins out. Love is a commitment to another person; it is genuine concern and empathy with another human being. Love is a deep feeling within for another person. Love is the most important facet of life needed by every person in the world. Unless a person can love and be loved, he soon loses himself.
