F O With sincere honor the 1962-1963 yearbook staff presents to you, during the closing days of this school year, our 28th edition of the Pine Burr. The staff has attempted to organize this edition so that you might in the many years to come reflect on this year with its many outstanding memories — among these being that of our first senior graduating class. Gazing into the years past in an attempt to perceive and relive events, is an opportunity each individual can fulfill only for himself. Personal reflections stimulate the mind ' s eye to help it recapture and transform images of past experiences into various active and vibrant recapitulations of enjoyment. Often the mind ' s eye will not sufficiently stimulate itself to recall the minute details of almost forgotten experiences. Therefore, with the thought that reflections should be the central idea of this college yearbook, our staff has strived to retain and present the memories which you most cherished, along with the exciting and memorable experiences of this college year.
