Brown, Williamston Gilmer Cross, Goldsboro l :5% 1 With all our hearts we thank jNIr. Jenkins, our faculty adviser, and tlie whole Annual staff for this panoramic picture of life at Campbell in 1952-1953. The poses and acts have been selected with fine balance and feel- ing for the artistic. Through the years this album of familiar faces will in hours of weariness recall sen- sations sweet — feelings of unremembered pleasures — acts of kindness and of love. Will it likewise bring to mind foolish, adoles- cent moods, childish acts, and wasted oppor- tunities. ' ' Perhaps, and yet mj ' sincere prayer for each member of the big Campbell family is that our failures, as well as our successes, may be stepping stones toward freedom, truth, and the more abundant life.
