Armed with that diploma, it is our fervent hope that in some measure you will be better equipped to realize your obligations and re- sponsibilities to God and to your fellowmon. From the ancient Athenians we received the greatest lesson in true freedom and citi- zenship. Because they allowed themselves to become soft and complacent, because they grew to expect more and give less, their way of life did not survive.
