The club consists of freshman girls with Miss Mukai as their advisor. The Cashmeres participated in a clay of initiation, and a car wash to raise funds for Christmas baskets among various other activities. Mercelles t Peggy Ann Fujita Sandra Sugai Corinne Jo Linda Tome Mr. George Nakamoto President Vice-President Secretary Treasurer Advisor Campbell's first service club, composed of thirteen senior and junior girls, was organized in the early months of 1964. The club performs various services for the school such as ushering at school activities, cleaning the school bus and printing the football programs. Some of the so- cial activities of the club included a slumber party in Waikiki, horseback-riding, and hiking. The Mercelles ended a successful year with a banquet in June.
