We owe them thanks for speedy lunch lines, for cooperation with clubs and activities, for bothering to take care of the little details that make Campbell such a Wonderful school. The oflice workers are always there to do Whatever they can to help in Whatever Way possible. Our administration has helped us, the students, and in turn Campbell. We would not have made such progress as we did in a mere year without out- standing administration. , ..,.,..,. , L: , I qx Assistant Principal-Mr. Thomas Kimbrough 3 Bookkeeper-Mrs. H azel Frank Xsv-'ef' Principal-Mr. Larry S. Its varied facilities are quite adequate for the use of the student body. The Li- brary Staff is always ellicient and ready and eager to help. They have proved this to all those who use library facilities. 1 Counselors This Department is responsible for so much that it is almost impossible to comprehend. No Senior could ever get to college without them. No Junior could ever get to be a Senior Without them. Besides all the paper Work that is so tiresome, the counselors are there, always ready to listen to any problem We might have. This is our year... As I sit here at the close of another well done late night deadline session, I experience a joy that only a few students of C.H.S. ever have the privilege of knowing. It is the joy- ful experience knowing that one has been a part of an acomplishment that means something to many people. Though the job is somewhat of a thankless one, it is the most rewarding any Senior could ever be a part of. It is work, real work, as the staff will let you know-quickly. Let me stop here to thank the ones whose work made this book possible . . . Pam Thompon, the most remarkable worker in the Worldg Joan Lewallen, Camilla Rowell, Jimmy Hart, Rebecca Thornton, Barbara Mull, Debbie Shaw, Laura Advisor-Mr. Walter Woodyard Green, Stephen Wilson, Frank Lambert, Carole Bomar, Ben Califf and even Deborah Cochran, all of whom worked diligently to preserve quality and still stay ahead of dead- lines. It is a remarkable group that can work for hours at a time with no stops for rest or frolic, knowing that thanks for their work will be almost nil. This group is just that remarkable. To them I and all C.H.S. students are greatly indebted. A special thanks goes to Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson, whose home they so willingly welcomed us into for our sessions. Our annual would not have been the trea- sure it is without them. In conclusion, let me wish all future annual staffs luck in putting out a better annual than ours, as they will need it. We, the 1969 staff, feel this book will never be bettered. And to Mr. Walter Woodyard our enduring thanks, we give to him for his patience and under- standing in letting this be our annual.
