THE SIXTEENTH ANNUAL BAGPIPERS ' BALL This was the sixteenth Bagpipers ' Ball, always a delightful event for the parents and friends of Campbell Hall. It is the one event of the year given by the Parent Teachers Council to fumish the School with gifts of audio-visual equipment, playground equipment, and many other extras which are not easily available otherwise. Mrs. Donald Paul was responsible for this most beautiful and enjoyable occasion. Her Committee Chairmen were: Mmes: Patrick Paulsen William Worster - Advertising Robert F. Anderson Elwood Hendrickson — Decorations Alex Bollinger - Reservations Claude Hilker - Invitations Kenneth Epperson David Parmelee — Prizes Wesley A. King - Signature Page Others who were most helpful were: Mmes: Ray Phillips - Publicity Lee Knight - Hostess and Donald Hartunian - Patrons Mrs. Elwood Hendrickson contributed special art work, and Mrs. Rica Owen Moore was responsible for the entertainment. We were fortunate to have Jav Meyer acting as Master of Cere- monies and Pat Paulsen as Guest Star. Other celebrities and entertainers were Hans Conreid, Barbara Hale, Bill Williams, Lee Bergere, Judy and Martin Milner, Phyllis Molinar ' , Betty and Jim Lydon, Nancy Male, and Sebastian Cabot. We are grateful to all these wonderful people.

THE PARENT TEACHERS COUNCIL MRS. DONALD BLACK, Room Motiier Chairman The Parent-Teacher Council of Campbell is one of the outstanding organizations of the school. The sincere interest of the members is a source of strength and pleasure. Through the year the programs are most informative and enjoyable. Through their splendid Bagpipers Ball, funds are raised to furnish many things to make the lives of the children more pleasant. Among these are swings, record players, strip films, books for the library, athletic equipment, projectors, black- out blinds, and a beautiful track!
