THE PARENT-TEACHERS ' COUNCIL One of our most appreciated and helpful organizations is our wonderful Parent-Teachers ' Council. Their interest in the schools ' needs has always been followed by gifts of special equipment that enrich the life of all the children. This year one of the most treasured gifts was a Bell and Howell, 16mm projector with sound equipment. They are also completing the costly sprinkling system, started last year, in the center of our track and field. We would like to thank Mrs. Donald Daves, chairman of the room mothers, for all that she did to help us throughout the year. A special thanks is given to Mrs. Michael Lacey, for her devoted care of the birthday book program.
