Summer practice pays off, huh, girls? 7. Just what we needed. Thanks, Labor Day. 9. Carole and Diane are named co-editors of the Pup's 'I-Q2 and Bob and Jim are elected co-captains of the football team and it's Rachelle's birthday. What a big day this is! 11. What a way to start off a great season! Cheer up, Havelock! 14. Down, you lowly Freshman! Didn't anyone ever tell you that you don't wear skirts upside down? What do you mean you don't have any more gum, WORM!! ! 21. Thanks for our new bridge on Senior property. We love you, Mr. Willis. OCTOBER 9. Rain can't spoil our Homecoming Queen or victory. Jeanne made a love- ly ruler. Happy Homecoming, Devilpups! 13. But school just began. We can't have exams already! Oh, we are, Mr. Durr? 14. Poor Jim Padden. Too bad he blocked Allan so well. SCHOCL CALE A 4. Happy days are here again as school starts again. OOH, quiet! 11. Our basketball season isn't doing so well, but at least our cheers are improving. We've got the coach, clap, clap. 15. Congratulations to Carole, Vicky, Kaye, Roxanne, Cathy, and Bobby for being the winners in the Recitation-Declamation Contest. 20-22. Exams?? ? No, not mid-terms! Isn't there any way out? You mean . . . study? 27. How's our Junior-Senior coming, Juniors? FEBRUARY 1. Good-bye, Devilpup. What do you mean you forgot to put the pictures in the envelopes, Becky? I'm sorry, Vicky. Not off the roof, Vicky! 2. So your folks have seen your mid-term grades, huh? See you next sum- mer, Chuck. 6. Welcome Quantico. Let's go, Devilpups, and win this one too. Aren't you lucky??? It's Field Day, too. 14. Honor Day. You better collect them now, because exams are on their way. Study hard, Seniors, this is your last chance. 25-27. Had I only made A's, I could have been out of these miserable exams. 29. Time is getting short. Baccalaureate Service is here. JUNE 1. Vicky's joke for the beach party. You will never starve at the beach, be- cause you can always munch on the sand which is there. Wonder why Vicky is the only one laughing. 'Cause nobody has a sense of humor like mine, that's why! ! 3. Graduation Day is here and we have twelve long years of memories be- hind us and a big challenge ahead of us. 13.
